All oboe lessons are tailored specifically for you. We will build your oboe technique and control through one-on-one instruction. Using use a variety of exercises and pieces of music (etudes) we will asses and work toward your goals, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.

OBOE REED MAKING LESSONS
Learn how to make your own reeds! Reed making is an extremely important aspect of playing the oboe. Lessons include all aspects of reed making from start to finish. You will learn everything you need to know about how to make your own reeds. We will cover each step including cane and shaper tip selection, knife sharpening/selection, and other reed making tools. You will also learn the tricks and tips for fine tuning your reeds so you can play comfortably and sound great anywhere.
